The USAF provides civilian personnel services through:
- Installation civilian personnel flights (usually located in the force support squadron)
- Air Force Personnel Center

Civilian personnel sections must provide service to all civilian employees to ensure they are included in the USAF civilian personnel program unless otherwise approved through HAF.
